What we collect
When you request a booking or send us a message, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, the service address, information about the property and any notes you add.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to you, provide and schedule the services you ask for, send confirmations, reminders and service updates, and keep records of our work. We do not sell your personal information.
Who helps us process it
We use trusted service providers to run this website: Netlify (hosting), Supabase (secure database and sign-in) and Resend (email delivery). They process your information on our behalf and only as needed to provide those services. Some of these providers may store data outside Canada.
Protecting the site
To prevent abuse of our forms we count how many requests come from a device in a short period. We do this with a scrambled, non reversible label, not your actual network address, and the counts are deleted after a few days.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and contact records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email info@kleanova.ca.
